Set-up
A 25×25 grid. Two teams of four, plus three neutral players in bibs of a third colour.
How it runs
- 1 The team with the ball uses the three neutrals — so it is always 7 v 4.
- 2 Count passes; ten in a row is a goal.
- 3 When possession is lost, the neutrals switch to the new team.
- 4 Two-minute rounds.
What the coach is looking for
- ▸The neutrals give width and support — use them.
- ▸Third-man runs: the pass beyond the pressure.
- ▸Recognise when to keep and when to switch.
