What we collect

When you register a child, we collect what we need to run the programme safely: the participant's name and date of birth, a guardian's contact details, an emergency contact, and any care information you choose to tell us.

When you use the contact form or apply to volunteer, we collect what you type into it.

What we do with it

We use it to run the programme and to contact you about it. That is all.

What we never do

We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not track you across other websites — this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of any kind.

Photographs

Photograph consent is asked for separately during registration and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us. If you withdraw it, we remove the photographs.

Getting your data, or removing it

Write to us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. There is no form to fill in.
