Set-up

Full goal with keeper. A cone channel on each wing for the crosser, a starting cone central for the striker.

How it runs

  1. 1 Winger dribbles to the byline and crosses first-time.
  2. 2 Striker times a run to attack near post, then far post on the next rep.
  3. 3 Alternate wings.
  4. 4 Rotate: striker becomes winger, winger joins the line.

What the coach is looking for

  • Attack the ball — do not wait for it.
  • Near-post run is a flick; far post is a header or side-foot down.
  • Keeper and defenders make it game-realistic.

Make it harder

  • Add a defender tracking the striker.
  • Two strikers, near and far.
  • One-touch finish only.
