How it runs
- 1 Each team attacks the two goals to their right and defends the two to their left.
- 2 Score by passing through a goal to a team-mate, or dribbling through.
- 3 Kick-in from the side, no goalkeepers.
What the coach is looking for
- ▸If one side is crowded, switch to the far goal.
- ▸Heads up — the space is where the defenders are not.
- ▸Quick transitions when you win it.
Make it harder
- ↑Two-touch maximum.
- ↑Must use all four players before you can score.
